As the founder and CEO of MGME Consulting, Maxim Gorin brings more than a decade of experience in the health care industry to his work, along with substantial experience in business development, finance, and marketing. At the helm of MGME since 2004, Maxim Gorin works with emergency medical service providers throughout Southern California, helping partner organizations navigate the hurdles of emergency vehicle financing, state and national agency licensing, and technology implementation to streamline billing and recordkeeping processes. A business development visionary as well, Mr. Gorin has ushered in new eras of growth for such organizations, most notably increasing monthly revenues for an ambulance company from $250,000 to $400,000 within a year.
Alongside his responsibilities at MGME, Maxim Gorin has spent the past 12 years building LifeLine Ambulance into one of Southern California’s premier emergency medical organizations, with a four-county service area, a fleet of 100-plus vehicles, and a staff in excess of 300 professionals. One of LifeLine’s founders, he started the company in Los Angeles County with two ambulances and six employees in 2002; today, it serves residents of Orange, Riverside, and San Diego Counties as well. Maxim Gorin also holds licensure as an emergency medical technician and upholds an unwavering commitment to the health and well-being of each person served by LifeLine Ambulance.
A former financial advisor and insurance sales agent, Maxim Gorin began his career in the early 2000s at Primerica, followed by a period with MassMutual. He studied business and economics at Los Angeles Valley College and Pikes Peak Community College and, from 1996 through 1999, served on an M1A1 tank crew in the U.S. Army.
